How to Customize and Download Reference Reports

Tailor completed reference checks to match your style and brand with Custom Downloadable Reports. Choose from a range of customization options to create reports that seamlessly align with your brand identity.

Customize in Settings: Clients

Under the Settings panel, go to the Clients tab and click Add Client to set up the corresponding logo for your client.

1. Open the Clients Tab

In Settings, select the Clients tab. If no clients have been added yet, you'll see a No Results Found message along with an Add Client button.

2. Add the Client's Details

Click Add Client and fill in the client's name, email, and phone number, then upload their logo. Click Save to add them to your client list. Once saved, the client will appear in the list with their name, email, and phone number.

Customize in Settings: Report Settings

Under the Report Settings tab, you can customize the report by uploading a background image, selecting text and line colors, and deciding whether to include referee details in the report. On the right side, a preview of the sample report will be displayed, reflecting the options you've chosen.

1. Customize the Report Design

Under Customize Report, you can adjust:

• Background Image – upload a custom background to appear behind the report content.

• Company Logo – add your company's logo to the report.

• Text Colour – set the colour used for report text.

• Line Colour – set the colour used for dividing lines throughout the report.

2. Set Referee Privacy Settings

Under Referee Privacy Settings, decide whether referee details are visible in the downloaded report or kept private, depending on how much information you want to share externally.

Candidates: Download Report

1. Generate the Reference Report

On the Candidate Profile, head over to the right side of the candidate card and click Generate Reference Report.

2. Choose What to Download

In the pop-up, you have the option to download selected or all reference check reports as a single PDF. You can also generate an executive summary using AI, and choose whether to include your company logo and client logo in the report.

Lets you choose specific referees to include in the combined PDF.

Generate Executive Summary Using AI

Adds a concise summary of referee responses highlighting key points.

Customize this report for a client

Adds your client's branding to the report when sending feedback externally.

Once you've selected your options, click Download to generate the report, or Close to exit without downloading.

3. Access Downloaded Reports

Downloaded reports will appear under the Generated Reports tab in the Candidate Profile, so you can revisit or re-download them at any time.
