How to Check if Ref Check Passed or Failed

Easily identify the status of the reference check! This is calculated based on the number of reference checks marked as passed or failed by the consultants.
1. Check the Analytics Dashboard
On the Analytics page, under the Ref Check tab, you can view the number of references passed or failed in the Full Profile Metrics widget, broken down into:
• Completed Profiles – candidates whose reference check has been fully completed.
• Pending Profiles – candidates whose reference check is still in progress.
• Passed Profiles – candidates whose reference check has been marked as passed.
• Failed Profiles – candidates whose reference check has been marked as failed.
2. Filter the Candidate List

On the Candidate List, you can filter by completion status to see which candidates have passed. Choose Passed & Completed from the By Completion Status dropdown, then select Apply Filter. Every candidate who has passed will be listed.
3. Check the Candidate Profile
You can also see whether a candidate has passed directly on their Candidate Profile. The Marked Status field shows Passed or Failed once a consultant has reviewed the reference check.
