How to Navigate the Dashboard

Explore Righteo's redesigned dashboard for effortless reference checks! Initiate reference checks by adding new candidates, create questionnaires, and access your candidate list and Help Center, all conveniently located on the homepage.

What's on the Dashboard

In the dashboard, you can now access four quick cards and view your recent candidates:

• New Reference Check

• New Assessment

• Candidate List

• New Feature: Assessments

Below the cards, the Recent Candidates table gives you a quick view of your latest candidates, including reference check feedback requested and received, assessment requested and received, and the managing consultant for each one.

New Reference Check Card

Clicking the Start button initiates you to create a new reference check template or choose an existing one. A New Reference Check window opens, asking you to choose an option:

• Existing Template: This allows you to select from the templates available.

• Build New Template: This allows you to build a new template.

Once you've made your selection, click Next to continue, or Back to return to the previous step.

Create New Assessment Card

Clicking the Create button leads you to create a new assessment or choose an existing one. A New Assessment window opens, asking you to choose an option:

• Existing Assessment: This allows you to select from available templates.

• Build new Assessment: This allows you to build a new template.

Click Next once you've chosen, or Back to go to the previous step.

Candidate List Card

Clicking the View button brings you to the Candidates Page. From here, you can search by name, email, or managing consultant, and filter the list By Completion Status or By Managing Consultant before clicking Apply Filter, or Reset to clear your filters. You can also click Add Candidate to add a new candidate directly from this page, and use the pagination controls at the bottom to move through your full candidate list.

Final Thoughts

Righteo's redesigned dashboard puts the tools you use most, starting a reference check, creating an assessment, viewing your candidates, and getting help, right on the homepage. Getting familiar with these four cards means you'll rarely need more than a click or two to get where you're going.
