How to Download Branded Assessment Reports in Righteo

Sharing assessment results with a client or hiring manager should look like it came from your business, not from a third-party tool. Righteo's Downloadable Reports let you tailor completed assessments to match your style and brand, with customization options that keep every report consistent with your brand identity. Here's how it works.
Customize Your Report Branding in Settings
Before downloading reports for candidates, it's worth setting up your branding once so every report follows it automatically. Head to Settings and open the Report Settings tab. From here you can:
- Upload a background image
- Select text and line colors
- Decide whether to include referee details in the report
As you adjust these options, a preview of the sample report updates on the right side of the screen, so you can see exactly how your changes will look before they're applied to real candidate reports.
How to Download a Report for a Candidate
1. Open the Candidate's Profile
From the candidate's profile, select the Assessment tab to see their completed and pending assessments.
2. Click Download Report
On the right side of the relevant assessment card, click Download Report.
3. Choose Your Logo Options
A pop-up will ask how you'd like the report branded for this download. You can choose to:
Stop hiring by intuition.
Automate reference checks and skills assessments with Righteo. Get honest, structured insights on every candidate — faster and fairer. Trusted by 1,200+ Australian businesses.
- Include My Company Logo and Client Logo – useful when sharing internally or with a client who expects to see both brands represented
- Include Client Logo Only – removes your company logo from the report, which is handy when sending feedback externally under the client's own branding
If you haven't set up your branding yet, the pop-up includes a direct link back to the Settings panel so you can configure it without losing your place.
4. Download the Report
Once you've selected your logo preference, click Download to generate the report.
5. Find It Later
Every report you download is saved against the candidate's profile. You'll find it under the Generated Reports tab, in the Assessment Reports section, alongside details like who sent it, when it was sent, and whether the recipient has opened it.
Final Thoughts
Setting up your report branding once in Settings means you're not making the same logo decisions every time you download a result. Combined with the option to switch between your own branding and client-only branding on a per-download basis, Downloadable Reports make it straightforward to share results that look consistent, professional, and appropriate for whoever's receiving them.
