How to Review Data Metrics

Easily navigate the dashboard to view data metrics on reference check requests. Righteo's reporting dashboard pulls together everything happening across your candidates and referees into a set of clear visual metrics, so you can quickly spot where checks are progressing well and where they might be stalling.

1. Filter the Dashboard by Date

To filter the reporting dashboard by date, select the date range using the Filter by Date fields at the top of the page. You can pick a Start Date and End Date directly from the calendar, or use one of the quick shortcuts, Last Month, Last 06 Month, or Last Year, to jump straight to a common range.

2. Candidate Referee Requests

This is where you can see the data for Candidate Referee Requests. The circular chart shows your Total Candidates figure at the center, broken down into:

• Completed Referee Details Requests

• Pending Referee Details Requests

• Expired Referee Details Requests

This gives you a quick sense of how many candidates still need to submit their referee details, and whether any requests have expired without a response.

3. Referees

This is where you can see the data for Referees. The Total Referees figure at the center of the chart is broken down into:

• Completed Reference Requests

• Pending Reference Requests

• Outstanding Phone Ref Requests

• Reference Requests Declined

This section helps you track how many referees have actually responded, and flags any phone reference checks that are still outstanding.

4. Full Profile Metrics

This is where you can see the data for Full Profile Metrics. The pie chart breaks candidate profiles down into:

• Completed Profiles

• Pending Profiles

• Passed Profiles

• Failed Profiles

Another way to see the numerical data is to hover your mouse over the pie chart. Hovering over a segment, for example Pending Profiles, shows a tooltip with the exact count for that segment.

5. Fraud Detection

This is where you can see the data for Fraud Detection. This metric shows a single count of how many reference checks have been flagged as potentially fraudulent, so you know at a glance whether anything needs a closer look.

6. Average Time to Complete Ref Check

This is where you can see the data for the Average time to complete Ref check. This figure shows the average turnaround time, in hours, between when a reference check is sent and when it's completed, giving you a benchmark for how quickly your referees are typically responding.

Final Thoughts

Righteo's data metrics turn everyday reference checking activity into numbers you can act on. By filtering the dashboard by date and reviewing Candidate Referee Requests, Referees, Full Profile Metrics, Fraud Detection, and Average Time to Complete Ref Check together, you get a complete picture of how your reference checking process is actually performing.
