How to Setup Company Profile

Your company profile is what candidates and referees see every time they interact with a form on your account, so it's worth setting it up properly from the start. Righteo lets you add your company description, logo, ABN, and more, all from one place. Here's how to get your company profile ready.

Why Your Company Profile Matters

Uploading your logo and filling out your company details makes your account instantly recognizable. That logo becomes visible to both candidates and referees whenever they fill out a form, so a complete profile builds trust and keeps your branding consistent across every reference check you send.

How to Setup Your Company Profile

1. Go to Company Profile

On the left sidebar menu, select Company Profile. This opens an overview of your account, including a progress bar showing how many sections of your profile you've completed so far.

2. Click Edit to Input Your Company Information

Select Edit next to your company details to open the Edit Company's Basic Information panel. Here you can fill in your Company Name, ABN, company email address, phone number, company size, and website. Once everything is filled in, click Update to save your changes.

3. Select the Pencil Icon to Add Your Company Logo

Back on the Company Profile page, click the small pencil icon next to your logo placeholder. This opens the logo upload panel where you can add your company's branding.

4. Upload Your Primary Logo

Upload your company logo in a square or circular format by dragging and dropping an image or clicking Upload a photo. This logo will be displayed on your company profile page, and it's visible to both referees and candidates whenever they fill out a form. Click Save once you're happy with it.

5. Upload Your Secondary Logo for the Header Bar

Repeat the process to upload your company logo in a horizontal format. This version is displayed in the top navigation bar across your account, so it's worth using a wider, header-friendly version of your logo here. Click Save to apply it.
